What will your day look like?

As a Solution Consultant, you'll be a trusted advisor, guiding clients toward growth by deeply understanding their needs and crafting tailored technology solutions.

Serve as the go‑to marketing automation technical expert on client projects, working closely with internal teams (Technology, Data, Experience, Strategy).

Translate ambitious client goals into actionable technology strategies.

Present compelling cases and case studies at industry events.

Collaborate with our growth team on pitches, RFPs, and high‑level scoping.

Stay ahead of the curve by keeping a pulse on the latest marketing technologies and developing insightful points of view.

Build internal PoCs and demos to test new features and groundbreaking ideas.

Who you’ll work with

You’ll collaborate with a diverse network of experts across our global offices, spanning technology, data, experience, and client service teams, gaining international exposure and invaluable learning opportunities.

What do you bring to the table?

A passion for marketing technology and a genuine desire to make a difference for clients.

Strong foundation in one or more core marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, or Braze.

Proven track record in solutions consulting or a related role (e.g., technical consulting or customer success management).

Exceptional presentation skills, capable of captivating any audience.

Strong relationship building and stakeholder management.

A true team player, willing to collaborate and learn from others.
