BGC London is committed to nurturing young athletes through fun, safe, and skill-building Volleyball programs. We focus on helping children develop strength, coordination, confidence, and a love for movement in a supportive and engaging environment.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring Volleyball Program Specialist to join our Next Level Sports and assist coaches to conduct classes for children and youth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with kids and youth, has a background in Volleyball or physical education, and is eager to learn and grow in a coaching environment.

Qualifications

• Experience playing or coaching volleyball at a recreational or competitive level.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, volunteers, and community partners.
• NCCP Volleyball Coaching certification (preferred but not required).
• Commitment to inclusive and high-quality sports programming.

Key Responsibilities

Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, evenings and weekends when needed.
