Salary: $45,000–$50,000 annually + 2 weeks of vacation
About the role
Our client, a well-established organization known for delivering large-scale programs, is launching a new energy efficiency program in Québec and is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations and delivery of the program.
This role is well suited for an early-career professional looking to build hands-on experience in program coordination, operations, and data support within a collaborative, mission-driven environment focused on environmental impact and service quality.
Key responsibilities
As an Operations Coordinator, you will:
• Support daily operational activities related to the program and follow up on ongoing tasks
• Compile, organize, and maintain program-related data and documentation
• Assist with the preparation of operational reports and administrative tracking
• Update tracking tools, KPI files, and Excel spreadsheets
• Coordinate information flow between internal teams and provide operational support to managers
• Support continuous improvement of internal processes, workflows, and tracking tools

Qualifications & experience
Strong candidates will bring:
• 0–2 years of relevant experience, including internships, student roles, or academic projects
• A college or university diploma in business administration, management, analytics, environmental studies, building science, or a related field
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Exposure to Power BI, Power Query, or data visualization tools (an asset, not required)
• A strong sense of organization, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset
