About This Opportunity

Reporting to the Director, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), the Manager, HRIS is responsible for strengthening the foundation of our SAP SuccessFactors system and looking to innovation to help us realize our strategic Human Resources (HR) initiatives. The successful candidate enjoys problem solving, collaborating with other subject matter experts, and data-driven decision making.

We have a highly unique system where we have successfully combined multiple independent Coca-Cola bottlers into one system, while allowing each group to maintain their unique business processes, brand, and commercial identity.   • This is a 12 month maternity leave replacement

Responsibilities

  • Provide direction, guidance, and expertise in the areas of HRIS systems and analytics including collaboration across multiple functions and partners
  • Provide systems support to all end-users of Human Resources systems at all levels in the organization
  • Develop and maintain HRIS standards and controls to ensure data integrity and HRIS functionality by resolving problems and recommending solutions to meet requirements
  • Define requirements, implement, and manage the core HR Systems
  • Perform user-acceptance testing, research data discrepancies, confirm accuracy and integrity of all data entered, and ensure information is available on a timely basis
  • Identify and recommend technical solutions to address opportunities to improve existing processes and optimize operational effectiveness within HR
  • Partner with management to identify data and metrics requirements
  • Guide teams through system and process changes
  • Qualifications

  • University degree, college diploma or equivalent experience with a focus in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ HRIS experience is required
  • Experience with SAP preferred including any experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Talent, Recruiting modules, or SAP On-Premise system
  • Ability to build strong partnerships with external vendors & partners
  • Exceptional ability to listen to the voice of the customer
  • Demonstrated ability to create, maintain, and examine data in spreadsheets, reports, and charts
