Description de poste4+ years of hands-on Oracle NetSuite development experience Strong SuiteScript (2.x preferred), SuiteFlow, and NetSuite customization experience Proven experience supporting NetSuite implementations and go-lives Solid understanding of financial and operational modules (Finance, Accounting, SCM, WMS, Manufacturing) Experience working alongside implementation partners / system integrators Comfortable operating in fast-paced delivery environments with shifting priorities Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business users Experience with NSPB or CRM modules Integration experience (REST / SOAP, middleware platforms) NetSuite certifications Prior hypercare or post-go-live stabilization experience
Our client is in the final stages of a major Oracle NetSuite implementation, targeting a June go-live , and is seeking an experienced Oracle NetSuite Developer to support final delivery, post–go-live hypercare, and potentially transition into longer-term internal support.
They are working with an implementation partner but currently do not have development capabilities in-house and are looking for a hands-on developer who can accelerate delivery, handle customizations, and provide responsive support during this critical phase of the program.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript (1.0 / 2.x), workflows, and SuiteFlow
- Build and maintain custom records, forms, dashboards, and saved searches
- Support integrations, data migration activities, and reporting requirements
- Partner closely with the implementation SI and internal stakeholders to close delivery gaps and accelerate timelines
- Provide hands-on support during UAT, go-live, and hypercare (issue resolution, bug fixes, enhancements)
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Create technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials
- Potentially evolve into an ongoing in-house NetSuite development and support resource post–hypercare
