Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of 40 hourly employees across automated packaging and processing lines.
- Foster a safe, team-oriented environment to produce high-quality products.
- Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency.
- Conduct performance evaluations, coach employees, and administer corrective actions as needed.
- Analyze production data and suggest improvements to optimize processes.
- Address quality, safety, downtime, and production issues promptly.
What We’re Looking For
- Education : BS / BA degree required, preferably in Operations Management, Organizational Leadership, Business, or Engineering.
- Experience : 5+ years in manufacturing supervision, ideally in high-speed packaging or food or CPG manufacturing / processing environment.
- Skills : Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, six-sigma, or other continuous improvement tools.
- Attributes : Strong leadership, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.
- Technical : Proficiency in tracking KPIs, using spreadsheets, and other computer applications.
- Work Status : Must be authorized to work in Canada

- Bi-lingual English / Spanish.
