Reporting to the Ministry of the Attorney General, the AGCO regulates Ontario’s alcohol, gaming, horse racing, and private retail cannabis sectors in accordance with principles of honesty, integrity, and public interest.

Responsibilities

• Configure Oracle Fusion application modules and execute end-to-end unit testing.
• Develop standard and custom solutions, internal & third‑party integrations, reporting, conversions, migrations, and upgrades in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and HRIS.
• Partner with peer developers, analysts, and system administrators to diagnose and implement enhancements, projects, patches, and bug fixes.
• Work with functional SMEs and stakeholders to design data conversions, reports, and integrations as per defined requirements.
• Maintain and improve AGCO’s business applications and conduct technical feasibility assessments.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing applications.
• Walk through the system with the tester, explain delivery details, highlight any incomplete areas to prevent bugs.
• Collaborate with Quality and Support Teams throughout development and respond promptly to identified bugs and errors.
• Provide quality documentation throughout the project.
• Monitor and evaluate application performance, reliability, and security.
• Recommend improvements for systems with performance issues, security risks, or unreliable applications.
