We’re looking for persuasive individuals in search of an exciting new challenge to join our growing sales team!

As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for generating new business leads by making outgoing calls to prospective clients in the US and transferring calls to our Inside Sales team.

The ideal candidate isn't afraid to make outgoing calls or speak to business owners over the phone. If you have an interest in sales and are motivated to exceed targets to make great money, this is definitely the job for you!

This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients in the US
  • Identify the decision-maker or business owner and briefly pitch them on our services to help save them money for their business
  • Generate leads by transferring calls to our Inside Sales team or by booking appointments
  • Make use of rebuttals and other sales material

Requirements :

  • Complete fluency in English is mandatory
  • Telemarketing or call center experience preferred, but not required
  • B2B sales experience, an asset
  • Ability to handle sales pressure and client objections
  • Tenacious and results-driven character
  • Motivation for money and advancement within the company
  • Basic computer skills required
