Data Entry Specialist

Staffmax is assisting our client in hiring a detail-focused and reliable Data Entry Specialist   for a 3-month contract. Location : Ottawa, ON

Key Responsibilities :

Accurately enter data into spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems

Verify and cross-check data to ensure completeness and correctness

Organize and maintain digital records and files

Assist with generating reports and compiling data summaries

Conduct quality control checks on completed work

Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications :

Proven experience in data entry or a clerical support role

Fast and accurate typing skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Organized, dependable, and able to manage repetitive tasks with care
