Are you a Red Seal Millwright tired of the city grind? It’s time to head North. We are looking for skilled tradespeople to join our high-production sawmill and planer operation. In 2026 our facility is more than just a sawmill; it’s an automated hub of precision and power. You won’t just be turning wrenches or pulling wire, you’ll be the backbone of our operation. For Millwrights, lead mechanical maintenance, equipment installations and hydraulic/pneumatic troubleshooting to keep our kilns and mill lines running.

What You Need to Bring

• Red Seal Certification: Mandatory
• Safety-First Mindset: A commitment to keeping yourself and your team safe in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to troubleshoot complex systems under pressure.

What You’ll Do

Preventive maintenance and repair of mill maintenance and kiln hot oil systems equipment.

• Install machinery and equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, and other drawings, using hoists, lift trucks, hand tools, and power tools.
• Work in a safe and efficient manner, following all safety rules and regulations as well as using all personal protective gear/equipment as required.
• You will be a highly motivated team player, with strong communication and interpersonal skills and a proven track record on safety.
• This position has varied shifts (3 shift rotation and/or weekend shift).
