Project Manager role at ABB

Responsibilities
- Lead the project team with clear instructions, tasks, and milestones, while motivating and providing feedback.
- Manage all aspects of the project in accordance with the client's requirements and ensure that all the technical, safety, quality, and financial objectives are met.
- Oversee the development of the project plan documents with respect to scope, budget, schedule, and risk management.
- Monitor each stage of the implementation of the project to ensure best practices in cost control, efficient use of resources, risk management, and health, safety and the environment.
- Identify, analyze, and manage project risks, regularly sharing lessons learned.
- Coordinate contract negotiation and equipment procurement in collaboration with the supply chain.
- Build strong relationships with the clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.At least 10 years of experience in project management with international experience.PMP certification recommended.English‑French bilingualism essential; French required, English also required.Ability to manage multiple projects with converging delivery dates in a fast‑paced environment.Collaborative, solution‑oriented approach with strong written and spoken communication skills.Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.Business acumen, good understanding of client needs, and ability to maintain good client relationships.Benefits
