Position Overview

As a member of the Research and Development team, this individual will be able to lead product development projects from concept to launch; this role will focus on forward-looking innovation initiatives. This role reports to the manager of R&D and the position is located in the new Cambridge facility.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the procurement, operations, Innovation and Brand teams to execute our renovation and innovation plan with excellence :

• Progress exploratory new product initiatives with an understanding of capabilities and limitations in bakery and confection products.
• Participate in plant trials and production runs as needed—some schedule flexibility is required to accommodate early‑morning, evening, or off‑shift production times.
