Description de posteSecondary (high school) graduation certificate Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted. Repair cracks and holes. Mix paint to desired color and texture. Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls. Advise consumers on colors and choice of wall coverings. Erect scaffolding and swing stages and attach rigging. Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces. Estimate costs and materials. Supports social and labour market integration of newcomers and / or refugees (for example : facilitating access to community resources, language training, skills training, etc.) Supports newcomers and / or refugees with foreign credential recognition Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and / or refugees Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth Offers mentorship, coaching and / or networking opportunities for youth Offers mentorship, coaching and / or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers Develops and maintains relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses and organizations Provides cultural competency training and / or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers A permanent resident of Canada A temporary resident of Canada with a valid work permit
