This role requires the successful applicant to commit to an in‑office work arrangement up to five days a week in 2026.

Operations

Our Operations team directly helps people who have been injured or made ill because of work. This team is committed to helping people with a safe and timely recovery and return to work.

Service Excellence

Our Service Excellence team is dedicated to supporting the WSIB’s customers. We help businesses register online, pay premiums, and create safer workplaces. We also assist individuals with reporting workplace injuries or illnesses, receiving benefit payments, and answering questions about their claims.

Technology

Our Technology team supports the organization by providing electronic solutions, data analysis and reporting, and managing our vendors and suppliers.

Finance

Our Finance team is responsible for the financial health and integrity of the organization, and accountable for the funds required to support people with injuries or illnesses in their recovery and return to work.

People

Our People team provides comprehensive human resources advice and services to the organization, supporting strategic business outcomes through our people.

HR Analytics

Risk and Governance

The Governance team supports, educates, and champions effective governance across the organization. The Risk team helps improve internal decision‑making and reporting, and informs enterprise‑wide decisions.
