We are hiring a Retail Assistant Manager – Full‑Time to join our team at Store 4137-Clear Spring Centre-maurices-Steinbach, MB E5G 1T7. We’re looking for individuals with a passion for fashion who can provide the exceptional service our customers know, love, and deserve.

Position Overview

In this challenging and rewarding role you will assist in the supervision of 8–20 store associates. This position is a great way to gain management experience and develop your retail skills.

• Lead and inspire a customer‑obsessed team focused on driving results
• Assist with talent selection, associate development, and retention
• Support visual presentation and ensure sound operational practices
• Help the store manager generate sales and profits while managing expenses
• Drive new ideas, share information, and create solutions to problems
