We are hiring a Retail Assistant Manager – Full‑Time to join our team at Store 4137-Clear Spring Centre-maurices-Steinbach, MB E5G 1T7. We’re looking for individuals with a passion for fashion who can provide the exceptional service our customers know, love, and deserve.

Position Overview

In this challenging and rewarding role you will assist in the supervision of 8–20 store associates. This position is a great way to gain management experience and develop your retail skills.

Position Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience required; preferably in a specialty retail environment
• Strong selling abilities and the ability to build customer relationships
• Proven ability to motivate others and work as a team to meet and exceed goals
• Availability to work day, evening, and weekend hours
