Responsibilities

• As our frontline liaison, build strong relationships and deliver excellent service by addressing concerns to maintain resident satisfaction.
• Own the leasing process from initial inquiry to onboarding of new residents. Proactively monitor vacancies and achieve leasing targets.
• Support operations by collecting payments, inspecting properties, and facilitating resident moves and maintenance requests.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in customer service, sales, office administration or related field.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Well‑developed oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office; knowledge of property management software is an asset.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed to meet business requirements.
• Proven ability to address concerns and achieve performance targets.
• Strong problem-solver with effective negotiation skills.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s licence, clean driver abstract, and reliable, insured means of personal transportation to and between work locations required.
