Your Role And Responsibilities

Serves as a business analyst supporting transformation engagements shaped or orchestrated with support of Enterprise Strategy. Researches industry best practices and key change drivers impacting enterprises within that industry. Assists with gathering and synthesis of key operational and performance data pertaining the client's enterprise. Performs business, process, technology, product, pricing, policy, and / or governance research and analysis, including value assessment and orchestration. Documents as-is processes and operating models. Helps with recommendation formulation and visualization in support of strategic engagements that guide business transformation.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Project Management Software Proficiency
• Expertise in tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or Smartsheet
• Ability to create and maintain project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation
• Experience with collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Teams, Slack)
• Administrative and Organizational Skills
• Strong attention to detail for documentation, reporting, and record-keeping
• Ability to coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and handle project communications
• Experience with budget tracking, expense reporting, and resource management
• Communication and Stakeholder Management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to facilitate meetings and prepare clear status reports
• Experience liaising between project teams, clients, and senior management
• Data Analysis and Reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for data manipulation and analysis
• Ability to create dashboards, charts, and project performance metrics
• Experience generating regular project status reports and KPI tracking
