Our Village of Arbour Trail located in Guelph , Ontario has an exciting opportunity for a Director of Program for Active Living to join their village team.

• Status : Permanent Full-Time
• Location : 32 Bayberry Dr, Guelph, ON N1G 0C9

The expected hiring range for this is $to $58,000 - $61,000. This role falls within a broader internal salary band, with growth opportunities based on demonstrated performance.

As a new Director of PAL joining our Village, you will :

Support and embrace our resident-centered social culture and be proud to deliver the highest quality of care to our residents. You will work as key members of our Village and neighborhood multidisciplinary teams to understand residents’ needs, and advocate for residents to actively participate in decisions about their physical care.

Coordinate and oversee the Program for Active Living at the Village level which focuses on enhancing the quality of life of our residents and maximizing independence. Our Kinesiologists design and implement innovative physical and cognitive exercise programs with individual residents and monitors’ progress.

Work in close collaboration with Physiotherapists, and Occupational Therapists to ensure the needs of the residents are being met.
