The Marketing Operations Intern will support the Marketing Manager in the execution and administration of marketing and commercial operations for the Mentor breast implant business. This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to marketing operations vendor coordination asset management and omnichannel enablement within a regulated medical device environment.

The intern will contribute to day-to-day execution across marketing operations and asset enablement while learning how commercial marketing activities are planned governed and delivered in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial & Marketing Operations Administration

Support end-to-end marketing and commercial procurement activities including purchase order creation tracking and coordination with internal systems and external vendors.

Assist in managing marketing-related purchases and sponsorships including professional meetings medical conferences and congresses ensuring proper documentation and follow-through.

Support the processing and submission of payment requests for marketing vendors service providers and sponsored organizations.

Help maintain structured databases of marketing vendors sponsored organizations and key contacts including vendor type services provided and historical interactions.

Serve as an executional support point for vendor coordination under the guidance of the Marketing Manager.

Administer requests for physical marketing materials from sales representatives and customers supporting fulfillment shipping and delivery confirmation.

Assist in tracking inventory levels of marketing materials to support availability of high-priority items.

Support inventory audits cleanup and organization of marketing materials including removal of discontinued or obsolete items.

Contribute to the operational transition of marketing materials into the Johnson & Johnson distribution center and the consolidation of ordering through the Customer Connect portal.

Asset Enablement & Digital Marketing

Support the maintenance of a centralized cloud-based library of marketing and sales assets ensuring materials are organized accessible and up to date.

Assist with copy approval submissions and tracking to ensure active assets remain compliant and approved for use.

Help organize and archive marketing materials in a structured and searchable repository.

Support the development of new marketing and sales assets by coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors including design agencies and printing providers.

Assist in maintaining and updating omnichannel digital platforms including websites social media channels and customer-facing digital tools.

Support the operational rollout of new omnichannel initiatives and non-clinical digital products intended to support surgeons patients and clinical practices.
