Data Reporting Analyst

T he Group Benefits Business Analytics & Advice team is seeking a Data Reporting Analyst to independently generate and coordinate reports for internal and external Customers and Advisors. This role offers a unique opportunity to understand the data demands of the Group Benefits business while gaining hands-on learning and support from the Business Analytics team. The successful candidate will engage with customers, respond to reporting needs, and support data governance within the Group Benefits area.

Key Responsibilities :

• Co mmunicate effectively with internal and external customers to gather and understand data requirements.
• Prioritize and fulfill reporting requests in a timely manner, escalating issues when necessary.
• Create reports that address customer needs while continuously expanding technical and Group Benefits knowledge.
• Collaborate with Business Analytics and Advice team members to enhance report creation processes.
• Act as the first line of defense for Group Benefits data governanc e and integrity.
