You will engage with individuals who have already expressed interest in leadership and personal development share structured information about our programmes and guide them through a professional decision-making process. This is not a hard-sales role. It is consultative values-led and aligned with mentoring and growth.

What Youll Do
- Engage in professional conversations with individuals exploring new career or development pathways
- Share programme information using structured scripts digital presentations and proven frameworks
- Support individuals through next steps onboarding and early-stage engagement
- Participate in ongoing training mentoring and personal development
- Manage your own schedule activity levels and performance outcomes

What Were Looking For
- 5 years professional experience (sales recruitment HR consulting leadership coaching or similar)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of results
- Interest in personal development leadership and growth-focused work
- Able to commit a consistent number of hours each week (flexible scheduling)
