Veterinary Services Specialist Companion Animals
As a key member, this veterinarian will play a crucial role in supporting the Benelux companion animal market and building relationships. Match Recruitment will assist Ceva in this search, the goal being that the recruited candidate enters Ceva as soon as possible.
Veterinary service is an essential part of rolling out the Ceva CA strategy. The VSS is the first point of contact for veterinarians and other veterinary professionals. In this varied position, you will have technical and scientific responsibility for all aspects of their CA products. Via detecting the customers' needs, you are able to propose and follow up the Ceva value proposition in line with and to support the execution of Ceva's commercial goals.
Consolidation of the market results in bigger clients, needing a different approach. Key Account Management becomes more important, and veterinary services can make the difference between Ceva and the competition. Training of the staff, internal (sales representatives), as well as external (veterinarians and vet nurses), and problem-solving by a peer, for example, influences the decision-making process in these clients. Also, the impact of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) cannot be underestimated. With a solid network of KOLs, the VSS will contribute to the commercial goals of the CA Business Unit.
