Sushi Story is hiring a F/T Restaurant Assistant Manager.

· Position: Restaurant Assistant Manager

· Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

· Wage: $33.00-$37.00/hour (depending on experience)

· Number of Positions: 1

Job Duties:

· Assist in reviewing food preparation methods and menu pricing to align with budget goals, under the direction of the Restaurant Manager

· Support the preparation of daily cash summaries and related financial documents

· Support customer service operations by supervising staff interactions and addressing customer concerns

· Handle routine customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner

· Assist in executing marketing strategies and promotional activities as directed by the Restaurant Manager

· Support daily operational planning and coordination under the supervision of the Manager

· Support the Manager in staff recruitment, training, and supervision activities

Job requirements:

· Experience: 2-3 years of related experience is required

· Education: Completion of secondary school is required
