Responsibilities :

Provide attentive care for children in a safe, nurturing home environment

Change diapers and assist with toilet training

Plan and supervise daily activities, games, and outings

Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks

Maintain routines, including rest periods, hygiene, and personal care

Help children with homework and encourage learning through play

Transport children to / from school and appointments (vehicle provided if required)

Perform light housekeeping and keep play areas tidy

Follow parents’ directions regarding discipline, routines, and child development goals

Requirements :

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

1–2 years of recent child care experience (home or professional)

Emergency Child Care First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain)

Valid driver’s licence

Criminal record check and vulnerable sector screening required
