As a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Business Analyst, you’ll be considered a learned professional who applies your subject matter expertise to implement CRM solutions for our clients across all phases of Avanade’s projects.
You will be responsible for working with clients and leading Avanade delivery teams in planning, designing, building, testing, and maintaining CRM solutions.
You understand the nuts and bolts of CRM systems, and, more importantly, you know how to connect with clients and lead a team to reach its goals.
You are organized, energetic, and as comfortable in front of a boardroom as in front of a whiteboard with your development team.

- Lead functional technology and design teams to ensure consistent, beneficial client interaction, and solution delivery
- Reviewed your team's work across all phases of Avanade projects (e.g., Plan, Analyze, Design, Build and Test)
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information between customers, IT staff, and business partners to ensure high quality and timely resolution of customer issues
- Consultative approach with clients on complex projects
- At least two full lifecycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Dynamics CRM
- Experience managing / leading teams both on and offshore is required

- Support clients on Dynamics 365 CE standards and prepare them for using their CRM solution by setting training programs and redefining new roles and responsibilities
