What You Actually Do Every Day

• Run high-level psychology-based sales calls
• Ask layered emotional questions
• Pull the truth out of people who’ve been lying to themselves for years
• Build your own outbound pipeline
• Close inbound appointments
• Use identity reframes, consequence questions, and future pacing
• Be honest, direct, necessary
• Change lives, one uncomfortable conversation at a time

You will:

• We are looking for people that can devote full time hours (but keep in mind you are a contractor, so we can't force you to do anything you don't want to do)
• Study daily (yes, DAILY)
• Show up to roleplays
• Review calls
• Follow the damn process
• Keep your calendar clean
• Turn your CRM into your second brain
• Do SOD/EOD routines like a professional, not a hobbyist

If that sounds like “a lot,” good. This is the major leagues.
