What you will do :
We are currently seeking a formidable candidate to join our Service team as a Service Professional & Audio Supervisor who will perform the following tasks.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise Pro and Audio department technicians and activities
- Electronics troubleshooting and repair
- Work to improve RMA’s open-close lead-time
- Monitor and analyze RMA’S aging
- Work with purchasers to help define and implement replenishment strategies to optimize the productivity and efficiency
- Document Pro and Audio processes and key working procedures
- Monitor and maintain balanced workload of the technicians
- Overlook cross-training requirements
- Provide weekly written reports summarizing the major activities and accomplishments.
- Demonstrate responsibility and compliance with all safety and quality policies and standards
What we are looking for :
Minimum 2 years of previous experience in a supervisory roleDemonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of service techniciansElectronics diploma (mandatory)5 years of experience in electronics troubleshooting and repairing.Pro-audio equipment knowledge (Mixing Consoles, Wireless, Lighting, Amps etc.) is a strong asset.Strong leadership qualities, including decisiveness, integrity, and the ability to inspire and motivate a teamCustomer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality serviceAbility to prioritize tasks, manage workflows, and meet deadlinesProven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsCSA certification (Strong asset)Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications.Excellent communications skills (written / verbal) and interpersonal skills;Demonstrated organizational ability and follow-through.Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.Candidates must be Bilingual in French and English (English is mandatory as we do Business across Canada and the US).Ready to join our team?
