Schedule :  Monday to Friday 8 : 30-17 : 30

What you will do :

We are currently seeking a formidable candidate to join our  Service  team as a Service Professional & Audio Supervisor  who will perform the following tasks.

Responsibilities :

  • Supervise Pro and Audio department technicians and activities
  • Electronics troubleshooting and repair
  • Work to improve RMA’s open-close lead-time
  • Monitor and analyze RMA’S aging
  • Work with purchasers to help define and implement replenishment strategies to optimize the productivity and efficiency
  • Document Pro and Audio processes and key working procedures
  • Monitor and maintain balanced workload of the technicians
  • Overlook cross-training requirements
  • Provide weekly written reports summarizing the major activities and accomplishments.
  • Demonstrate responsibility and compliance with all safety and quality policies and standards

What we are looking for :

  • Minimum 2 years of previous experience in a supervisory role
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of service technicians
  • Electronics diploma (mandatory)
  • 5 years of experience in electronics troubleshooting and repairing.
  • Pro-audio equipment knowledge (Mixing Consoles, Wireless, Lighting, Amps etc.) is a strong asset.
  • Strong leadership qualities, including decisiveness, integrity, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workflows, and meet deadlines
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • CSA certification (Strong asset)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Excellent communications skills (written / verbal) and interpersonal skills;
  • Demonstrated organizational ability and follow-through.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Candidates must be Bilingual in French and English (English is mandatory as we do Business across Canada and the US).
