Description
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Rep to join the technology industry here at Dye & Durham. An individual who can help us continue this rapid-growth trajectory in Canada through strategic outreach, proactive engagement and qualifying of leads.
The ability to grow our client base by consulting prospects on our Dye & Durham product offerings, qualify their unique needs, and present them with a cloud-based solution to improve their operational efficiencies will be critical to success. Metrics of success are measured on a quarterly quota of qualified sourced opportunities and closed business. Being highly self-motivated, organized, and agile will be crucial to attaining quota in this fast-paced growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualifying leads, contacts and accounts to determine use case and opportunity
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest
- Consult and adapt to varying customer requirements
- Understand customers practice areas, competitive differentiators, technical requirements and demonstrate Dye & Durham value proposition
- Discovering business initiatives and acting as their internal advocate
- Building a point of view on how to help qualify customer needs
- Speaking to value and return on investment vs. technical functionality
- Building credibility and trust with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrating adaptability and flexibility as part of an ever-growing sales organization
- Managing a high volume of leads with a strategy for prioritization
- Researching and understanding various lines of business and personas
- Commit to ongoing learning and development
- Achieve monthly / quarterly quota related to opportunities generated
- Gain hands on experience in the booming technology space and expand your technical understanding.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
