Application Project Manager

• Establish project plans, objectives, budgets, and success metrics to define required resources, timelines, and delivery outcomes

• Lead multidisciplinary teams in the execution of IT application projects

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring delivery on time and within approved constraints

• Plan and oversee project communications to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle

• Guide, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members, encouraging accountability and ownership of assigned deliverables

• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and changes within complex project environments

What you must have:

• 3–5 years of experience as an Application Project Manager

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Project, ideally the Enterprise version (2016 preferred; 2013 accepted)

• Experience delivering projects within large-scale, complex organizations

• Demonstrated ability to navigate organizational complexity with strong political awareness and stakeholder management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong political acumen and ability to influence across diverse stakeholder groups

• High adaptability and comfort working in a changing and fast-paced environment

• Bilingualism required: French: 5/5 and English: 4/5, or English: 5/5 and French: 4/5
