Le Rôle / The Role :   Une institution bancaire européenne d’envergure mondiale recrute des développeurs Backend C# pour son équipe à Montréal (systèmes de trading, risques, Front-to-Back). Notre cabinet assure la présélection des candidats. /   A global European banking institution is hiring C# Backend Developers in Montreal (trading, risk, Front-to- Back systems). Our firm manages the candidate screening.

Poste permanent (mandat possible)   / P ermanent position (contract possible).

E nvironnement Technique / Technical Stack :   L'écosystème utilise SQLServer, gRPC, nHibernate, WinForms, WCF, REST API et Swagger. Le développement GUI est très limité et le développement Web est quasi inexistant. Migration actuellement vers le TDD / BDD. /   The ecosystem uses SQLServer, gRPC, nHibernate, WinForms, WCF, REST API, and Swagger. GUI development is very limited, and web development is almost zero. Migration to TDD / BDD.

Profil

Langues / Languages :   Maîtrise de l'anglais à un haut niveau obligatoire (contexte international). Le français est un atout. /   High-level English proficiency is mandatory (international context). French is an asset.

Expertise Technique / Technical Expertise :   Maîtrise avancée de Visual Studio et .NET. Expertise en multithreading et algorithmes. /   Advanced mastery of Visual Studio and .NET. Expertise in multithreaded programming and algorithms.

Niveau d'exigence / Hiring Standards :   Plus un candidat est senior, plus la maîtrise des concepts théoriques et pratiques sera vérifiée de manière stricte (ex : décrire le fonctionnement interne d'une API .NET). /   The more senior a candidate is, the stricter the evaluation of their theoretical and practical knowledge (e.g., describing the internal workings of a .NET API).

Qualité & Mindset :   Adepte du Clean Code, autonome, collaboratif et doté d'un esprit positif. /   Clean Code advocate, self-driven, collaborative, and positive mindset.

Informations contractuelles

Lieu / Location :   Montréal. Mode hybride (présentiel complet les 3 premiers mois d'intégration, puis 2-3 jours de télétravail). /   Montreal. Hybrid mode (full on-site for the first 3 months of integration, then 2-3 days remote).

Rémunération / Salary :   Entre   85 000 CAD et 120 000 CAD , selon l'expertise et la connaissance des marchés de capitaux. /   Between   85,000 CAD and 120,000 CAD , depending on expertise and capital markets knowledge.

International :   Candidature hors Canada possible pour beau profil. Dans ce cas, l'emploi débutera à Montréal une fois les démarches d'immigration validées. /

International applications : Possible for strong profiles. In such cases, employment will begin in Montreal once immigration processes are validated.
