Business Change Project Manager

MatchBox Consulting is on the hunt for a Project manager. The Business Decision Support Professional provides analytical support for business change and improvement initiatives. This role transforms complex data into actionable insights, supports cross-functional stakeholders, and contributes to informed decision-making across projects and business functions.

Contract : 1 year

Key Responsibilities :

Extract, clean, transform, and analyze project performance data from multiple systems, including SAP, MS SQL, Excel, Power BI, and SAS.

Develop, maintain, and automate reports and dashboards for daily, monthly, and quarterly performance tracking.

Communicate analysis results and insights to project teams, senior leaders, and stakeholders.

Support process improvements, portfolio reporting, and operational documentation.

Collaborate with technology and business teams to ensure data accessibility and dashboard sustainability.

Resolve moderately complex problems independently and support senior team members as needed.

Qualifications :

Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, reporting, or data analytics.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, Power Query, VBA, and data visualization techniques.

Strong communication and presentation skills, able to summarize and visualize data effectively.

Post-secondary degree in Business, Engineering, Science, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.

Understanding of statistics, relational databases, and project management principles.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain stakeholder relationships.
