For our customer in the industrial equipment / construction sector, we are looking for a dynamic manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their branch in Brossard. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, with excellent communication and people management skills.

Main responsibilities:

• Drive branch sales growth and profitability.
• Achieve asset management and market share objectives.
• Coach and develop staff to create a motivated, high-performance team.
• Analyze market trends to anticipate competitive opportunities and challenges.
• Manage accounts receivable in collaboration with the Credit Manager.
• Assume various other assigned responsibilities.
