• Maintain the In Store Experience Standards
• Drive Sales and Revenue
• Maintain Product Knowledge Training Plan for Product Experts
• Weekly performance review with Product Specialists
• Review and approve daily written sales orders
• Maintain Margin Expectations through strategic price management
• Support the need of internal customers
• Ability to travel to Lower Mainland locations and satellites an asset
