AE - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)

As a part‑time Brand Ambassador at American Eagle, you bring our brand to life every day and provide an amazing shopping experience to every guest.

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and people‑focused individual who loves our products and is dedicated to building brand loyalty while representing our company values.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model with a “friends first” mindset.
• Educate guests on AEO and Aerie product details and make product suggestions that fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist the team in getting the job done.
• Act with integrity and follow AEO policies & procedures.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High energy and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Prior retail experience.
• Minimum 16 years of age.
