What You’ll Be Responsible For

Reporting to our Manager, Operations, you will bridge field operations with data analytics to ensure quality and compliance in telecommunications infrastructure projects. Working closely with Project Managers, field teams, GIS specialists, and engineering partners, your responsibilities will include :

• Establishing and maintaining QA / QC processes
• Analyzing field data using ESRI tools, SQL queries, and GIS platforms to assess coverage quality, identify data gaps, and ensure design compliance
• Performing systematic audits of field data collection, and creating actionable reports that drive program improvement
• Developing automated quality checks and data extraction scripts to systematically identify missing captures, quality issues, and areas requiring process changes
• Conducting occasional site visits to understand field operations firsthand and translate observations into improved quality standards and fielder training materials
