Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity located in Camrose, AB, for the position of Dispatcher. The Dispatcher will oversee day-to-day scheduling and coordination of vehicles, equipment, and resources to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of projects. Responsibilities include planning and assigning routes, tracking deliveries, maintaining communication with drivers and operators, resolving logistical issues efficiently, and ensuring compliance with operational protocols.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills to effectively manage schedules and coordinate activities.
• Proficiency in logistics planning, route optimization, and dispatch operations for efficient flow of resources.
• Ability to resolve problems quickly and think critically under pressure.
• Technical competence with dispatching software, GPS systems, and general computer literacy.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements, particularly in the construction or transportation industry.
• Previous experience in a dispatch or relevant logistics role is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with construction, earthmoving, or transportation operations is a strong asset.
