Manages budgets, staffing resources, and financial planning, while influencing overall business strategies.

What it takes:

  • Advanced knowledge in developing investigative strategies, conducting investigations of a complex and sensitive nature in all levels of the corporate security environment with multiple sites.
  • Proven ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in dealing with confidential or sensitive matters.
  • Expertise in interpreting and applying the provisions of all Federal, Provincial, and Municipal statutes, including the Occupational Health & Safety Act, the BC Human Rights Code and other employment-related legislation and policies.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills to engage with stakeholders across the business as you lead corporate security strategies.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
