We are looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow the social media presence of multiple brands. This role focuses on content planning, creation, scheduling and community engagement, while working closely with internal teams and communicating directly with clients.
Location : Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada | Salary : CA$48,000.00‑CA$60,000.00
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain multiple social media accounts for different brands
- Create, organize and execute monthly and weekly content calendars
- Ensure timely posting across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn
- Communicate with clients for approvals, feedback and content coordination
- Write engaging captions, hashtags and post copy aligned with brand voice
- Design social media graphics using tools such as Canva or Adobe Illustrator if needed
- Edit short‑form videos for reels, shorts and social media posts
- Maintain consistent branding and visual standards across platforms
- Monitor comments and messages and escalatethems when required
- Collaborate with internal team members and clients to support overall marketing goals

Previous experience as a Social Media Coordinator or in a similar roleStrong understanding of organic social media content and best practicesExperience managing multiple social media platformsAbility to plan, follow and execute content calendarsStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfortable communicating directly with clientsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesAgency or multi‑brand experiencePreferred / Nice‑to‑Have Skills
