Duties & Responsibilities
Read and accurately follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work orders, and technical drawings to understand production requirementsSets up productionAssembles small and large productsInspects products and componentsHelp paints products, when requiredTrouble shoots paint issuesTests finished productsPerforms RMA Failure AnalysisTrains existing and new team members as requiredPerforms basic preventive maintenance on equipment and tooling, including calibrationWorks under moderate supervisionTypically reports to a supervisor / managerRequirements
Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is an asset.Familiarity with painting processes using paint gun and techniques, particularly for manifolds and transmissions, is highly desirable.Position requires the use of respiratory protective equipment while painting. To ensure a proper seal and meet safety standards, employees must be able to wear a respirator.Ability to effectively use hand tools and follow technical instructions and specifications.Strong ability to maintain high-quality standards and proactively resolve discrepancies.Capability to work collaboratively within a team environment or independently, as needed.Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.Working Conditions
Manufacturing facility environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and physical tasks.Requires wearing personal protective equipment, including steel-toe boots, as per safety guidelines.Regularly involves lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds.Benefits
