Position :   Project Leader - Construction

Location : Bowmanville, ON (onsite)

Structure : Contract 12 months to start

Pay :  $58.00 - $65.00 p / h inc.

​​​​​​​ Deliverables

• Lead and coordinate full lifecycle delivery of complex projects, ensuring governance, safety, scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets are achieved from initiation through closeout.
• Develop and manage project plans, estimates, schedules, risk strategies, business cases, procurement activities, and contract management deliverables.
• Coordinate stakeholders, contractors, regulators, and cross-functional teams while leading meetings, reporting progress, and resolving project issues and changes.
• Monitor project performance, manage cost and schedule variances, support approvals and permits, and ensure completion of turnover documentation and project closeout activities.
