Description de posteAccess to education, training, and skills development A total rewards package featuring discounts, incentives, and recognition programs A safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace where you can be yourself Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations Determine services to be offered and implement effective operational procedures Oversee cash management, balance sheets, cash reports, and related documentation Conduct staff performance reviews Manage costing for products and services Organize and maintain inventory Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Negotiate with suppliers and coordinate food and supply orders Manage catering arrangements and facility usage Participate in marketing plans and execution Address customer concerns and deliver excellent customer service Supervise a team of 11-15 employees Accounting software Electronic cash register Point of sale (POS) systems MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, Windows) Spreadsheets and related tools Fast-paced environment Work under pressure with tight deadlines Repetitive tasks and handling heavy loads Physically demanding; standing for extended periods Combination of sitting, standing, and walking Attention to detail with a high-volume workload Accurate and detail-oriented Client-focused and dependable Strong interpersonal skills Excellent oral and written communication Flexible, organized, reliable, and a team player Most importantly : bring your authentic self. - Experience : 1 year to less than 2 years
