Sales Director (RecovR)

Location : East Coast Canada, National travel.
Languages : French and English
Travel : up to 80%
Position Summary
Kudelski is looking to add a National Sales Director to its IoT team. Based in Canada with a national focus, this individual contributor will be responsible for growing Kudelski IoT’s RecovR inventory management and theft recovery solution.
The Director will have a track record of managing large, complex dealer ecosystem relationships and the ability to turn those relationships into profitable revenue streams for the company.
This position may include management responsibilities as the territory expands.
Role Responsibilities
- Strategically build new business to expand distribution RecovR through new channel partner relationships that create and drive channel revenue nationally.
- Develop long-term relationships with dealers to sell RecovR and other dealer-centric solutions.
- Create strategic territory business plans for each dealer or partner.
- Generate leads from trade shows and regional networking events.
- Work with large, national partnerships to grow the RecovR brand awareness and sales penetration in Canada.
- Quarterback rollouts to dealers including a complex ecosystem of partners, field operations, dealers, and internal resources.
- Develop and manage partner pipeline activity and monitor sales activity against assigned goals.
- Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual MBOs.
- Acquire and integrate industry knowledge related to general trends, emerging technologies, and competitors.
- Support your dealership community with financial reports of penetration rates, profit, and overall success.
- Find, acquire, and train channel ecosystem partners.
- Align with national lobbying efforts, insurance providers, and partners to support the growth of RecovR.
- Gain market-share month over month.
Ideal Candidate Qualities and Skills
- Proven track record with 10+ years’ experience selling to large national dealerships.
- Previous experience selling to or working in a dealership (Administrator, F&I, GM, GSM, Solution provider).
- Experience building and managing channel partnerships with a record of recruiting and enabling top channel partners.
- Superb relationship management and strategic account planning capabilities
- Expertise on business case and business plan development
- Excellent communication and presentations skills with a customer service approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to quickly understand then simply explain technical concepts to an audience of varying technical expertise.
- Strong ability to influence C-level executives and team members.
- Comfortable with frequent travel within Canada (up to 80%)
- Fluent written and spoken English & French; Spanish is an asset
