AZ Driver ( Cross-border )

We are seeking an experienced and reliable AZ Driver to operate cross-border routes between Canada and the United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods while ensuring full compliance with transportation regulations and customs requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

Operate tractor-trailer (53' trailer) for cross-border deliveries

Transport freight safely and efficiently to designated destinations

Complete all required customs and border documentation accurately

Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of vehicle and trailer

Ensure compliance with MTO, DOT, and FMCSA regulations

Maintain electronic logs (ELD) and accurate trip records

Secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transit

Communicate with dispatch regarding delivery schedules and delays

Report vehicle defects, accidents, or violations promptly

Requirements :

Valid Ontario AZ Driver's License

Minimum 1 2 years of verified AZ driving experience

Cross-border driving experience preferred

Clean CVOR and driver's abstract

Valid passport and ability to enter the United States

Knowledge of DOT regulations and hours-of-service rules

Ability to drive long hours and work flexible schedules

Strong understanding of safety procedures

Preferred Qualifications :

FAST card (asset)

Experience with reefer or dry van trailers

Experience with ELD systems
