, is looking for a

Senior Construction Manager

to lead projects from pre-construction through occupancy.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a

hands-on leadership position

, understands both construction and development, and wants to work closely with in-house architects, engineers, and ownership.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead multiple projects from pre-construction to completion

Manage schedules, budgets, procurement, and site execution

Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and consultants

Drive constructability reviews, value engineering, and risk mitigation

Ensure compliance with drawings, Ontario Building Code, and safety standards

Coordinate inspections, deficiencies, and close-out

Report directly to ownership and senior leadership

What We’re Looking For

10+ years of construction management experience (GTA projects required)

Strong background in

residential, Commercial Plaza. multiplex, mid-rise, or mixed-use construction

Deep understanding of construction sequencing, cost control, and site logistics

Experience working in design-build or integrated teams

Confident leader with strong communication and decision-making skills

Nice to Have

Gold Seal or PMP

CMHC / purpose-built rental experience

Experience in Commercial Plaza

Procore, MS Project, or similar platforms
