You will supervise and escort detainees and perform detainee searches in privacy‑sensitive environments in accordance with CBSA detention standards and site‑specific security protocols. Physical searches must be conducted by a staff member of the same sex as the detainee, as required by applicable standards.

Responsibilities for Tactical Security Guard

As a CBSA guard at Specialized facility , you will be responsible for exterior / interior patrols, room searches, escorts, pat-downs, and verbal / physical de-escalation as it is a tactical site and you will be working extensively with the vulnerable population.
