Description : This person is a vital part of the inventory operation and back‑of‑house function in retail. They have key responsibilities to manage the restocking of all merchandise in designated retail locations daily and manage the organizational standards in the stockroom. They will assist the Inventory Assistant Supervisor, and Visual Merchandiser with inventory, merchandising standards, and cleanliness of all store locations. They will additionally assist with the receiving and preparation of product before it hits the shop floor, including processing, counting, and tagging. This role will work closely alongside the Inventory Assistant Supervisor, Assistant Director, VM / Educator, E‑commerce / Jr Buyer, and Retail Operations Assistant Supervisor.

Job Functions :

Pre‑season Responsibilities :

• Receiving / Set‑Up
• Assist with receiving new product orders and purchase order paperwork requirements.
• Prepare and pull the required merchandise for in‑store displays.
• Organize the back stock to be standardized appropriately for the stockroom.
• Tagging / stickering of new product.
• Participating in merchandising and set up of all locations, with the direction of the store / fixture planograms.

In‑season Responsibilities :

Along with any other tasks / duties deemed suitable that are required by the Assistant Store Director, Visual Merchandiser, Inventory Specialists, and Store Director.
