Role Overview
HCA Healthcare UK is looking for a Content Strategy Manager to join our Marketing team. In this pivotal role you will shape and execute integrated marketing and content strategies that strengthen our brand reputation, drive awareness, and support organisational growth. You will lead multi‑channel content planning, develop high‑level messaging frameworks, and produce compelling copy that engages diverse audiences across digital and traditional platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement integrated content strategies that meet business goals and enhance brand reputation.
- Craft and refine key messages and narratives for patient, clinical, and corporate audiences.
- Lead multi‑channel content planning and manage editorial calendars across digital and traditional platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing leads to translate campaign briefs into clear content plans and storytelling approaches.
- Advise senior leadership on communication opportunities, risks, and best practices.
- Establish and track content KPIs, using insights to optimise performance and engagement.
What You’ll Bring
7+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or editorial management.Proven ability to develop and execute multi‑channel content strategies.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong strategic thinking.Experience influencing senior executives and managing cross‑functional teams.Strong project management and organisational skills in a fast‑paced environment.Understanding of marketing channels, analytics, and healthcare compliance standards.Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Professional Marketing Qualification desirable).Why HCA UK?
