Responsibilities
Tasks
Arrange and co‑ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.Evaluate daily operationsOpen and distribute mail and other materialsPlan and organize daily operationsReview HR projects to assure compliance with laws and regulationsEstablish and implement policies and proceduresRecord and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferencesDetermine and establish office procedures and routinesPlan, develop and implement recruitment strategiesSchedule and confirm appointmentsManage contractsManage training and development strategiesAnswer telephone and relay telephone calls and messagesOversee the analysis of employee data and informationOversee development of communication strategiesCompile data, statistics and other informationOversee the preparation of reportsOversee payroll administrationArrange travel, related itineraries and make reservationsGreet people and direct them to contacts or service areasSet up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systemsType and proofread correspondence, forms and other documentsConduct researchProvide customer serviceWork with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the fieldMaintain and manage digital databasePerform basic bookkeeping tasksEvaluate work environments, programs and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injuryOther benefits
