POSITION SUMMARY

The Financial Reporting Manager is a senior-level professional responsible for overseeing EnerStar Solution Inc.s accounting operations and reporting. This includes managing accounting records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This individual plays a key role in supporting leadership & ownership with hands-on financial management and operational oversite.

The Financial Reporting Manager will drive organizational effectiveness and profitability as a leader within the Accounting Department. This position is expected to have an opportunity for advancement into further management roles within 18 months. Advancement will be determined by the capability of the successful candidate.
