The Climbing Wall Centre Shift Lead at the Richmond Olympic Oval ensures safe, smooth, and member-focused operations of our climbing facility. Supporting the Sport Climbing Programmer, Head Coach, and Head Route Setter, you’ll lead and mentor staff, coordinate daily activities, and maintain high standards for safety and customer service.

Compensation range
$24.61-$27.32 per hour plus 12% in lieu of benefits (hourly rate is based on qualifications and experience)

Shifts vary but may include Monday to Friday between 3 : 00pm – 11 : 00pm and Saturday to Sunday between 8 : 00am – 9 : 00pm
